The structure of the session is as follows:

This programme consists of weekly one-hour sessions designed for parents who are beginning to explore an autism diagnosis or who have been referred to the Neurodiversity Pathway (GDA Pathway). Each week, we will focus on the following key areas:

9th January 2026 - Part 1 - An introduction to getting a diagnosis

16th January 2026 - Part 2 - Interests and focus 
23rd January 2026 -  Part 3 - Social interaction and social communication
30th January 2026 - Part 4 -Sensory
6th February 2026 - Part 5 - Stimming, routine and structure

13th February 2026 - Part 6 - Emotions & energy levels

• Exploring autistic fatigue and burnout and what this looks like for your child.
