Providing support and information to autistic young people, autistic adults and their families

We offer a range of workshops aimed at individuals waiting for a diagnosis or who have already received a diagnosis.

 

We also provide workshops for autistic young people, adults, and their families. Some of the topics of the workshops include, understanding autism, accessing support, managing behaviours that challenge, sensory difficulties and managing anxiety.  Please see below our current workshops:

These sessions are a programme of weekly 1 hour sessions for parents who are starting to consider an autism diagnosis or who have been referred to the Neurodiversity Pathway (GDA Pathway). The areas we will be covering each week are:

3rd October 2025 - Part 4 - Sensory

17th October 2025 - Part 6 - Emotions and energy levels
