Doncaster SENDIAS

Doncaster SENDIAS (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Information Advice and Support) are an impartial service, which means that the information, advice and support they offer is unbiased - they do not take sides or make decisions for you. The Doncaster SENDIAS team will talk you through the options available, the possible outcomes, and help you make your own informed decisions based on the law and the SEND code of practice.  Click on the buttons below to find out more.

Families Information Service

Doncaster Families Information Service provides information, advice and guidance to parents, carers and families who have children aged 0 to 19 years (up to 25 years with SEND).   They also provide information on a wide range of services and activities/events available in Doncaster and beyond.  Click on the buttons below to find out more.

Doncaster Local Offer

The Local Offer website is here to make it easier for you to find out about services and support available for children and young people, from birth to 25 years, with special educational needs and/or disabilities (known as SEND for short).

Together Information Exchange (TIE)

Together Information Exchange (TIE) is a voluntary register of children and young people 0-19 with disabilities in Doncaster.  TIE Members can receive:

  • A free membership card


  • Information on local activities and events


  • Access to half-term activity timetable

  • Discounts at certain venues
