This group is for adults with ADHD to meet and socialise in a friendly environment. 

 

At these sessions you can chat, socialise and share lived experience with others.  We also have endless amounts of tea, coffee and biscuits!

These sessions are occasionally attended by representatives from local organisations to gain feedback on how they can improve their services for adults with ADHD.  Similarly we also have representatives from organisations attending our sessions to provide you with information on local services who can provide support to adults with ADHD. 

 

You are free to attend these sessions with a friend, trusted adult or chaperone.  The group has access to a sensory box should it be needed.   Please see below for the upcoming dates.
